Pricing

Choose the responsibility you want us to carry.

Start with a fixed-price diagnosis, bring us in to implement an approved plan, or retain ongoing oversight once the sender baseline is known.

Every engagement begins with a written scope. Starting prices vary with the confirmed environment, technical complexity, and implementation responsibility. All prices are in USD.

Four ways to engage

A defined service for each operating need.

The difference is not a longer feature list. It is how much analysis, implementation, and continuing responsibility you want The Presida to own.

02 · Implement

Infrastructure Setup & Repair

From $1,499one-time

Move from a known issue or incomplete setup to an approved, verified sender configuration with a clean handover.

Core scope

  • Up to two sending domains and six mailboxes
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, one sending platform, and sender-stream architecture
  • Approved SPF, DKIM, DMARC, alignment, and tracking changes
  • Bounce, suppression, opt-out, and controlled-ramp setup
  • Verification record, handover map, and 14-day support window
03 · Maintain

Monitoring & Maintenance

From $299per month

Keep an established sender baseline visible as records, tools, reputation signals, and sending conditions change.

Core scope

  • Up to two known sending domains on one platform
  • Authentication, alignment, headers, and tracking review
  • Client-provided bounce, complaint, suppression, and opt-out trends
  • Mailbox allocation, limits, and ramp-condition review
  • Monthly sender-health brief and priority recommendations
  • One minor correction per month within the agreed access and 30-minute boundary
For agencies

Agency Infrastructure Desk

From $1,500per month

Add a documented sender-readiness function across a controlled client portfolio without building the capability in-house.

Core scope

  • Up to three active client clusters in the standard monthly scope
  • Each cluster is one client's defined domain, mailbox, and sending-platform environment
  • One new-client audit included each month
  • Defined domain, mailbox, and platform scope per cluster
  • White-label client briefs and portfolio risk view
  • Agency-controlled access, approvals, and client contact

A simpler decision

The price follows the responsibility.

Choose the level of responsibility you want us to carry. Each step adds defined ownership while keeping the engagement bounded, documented, and explicit.

Scope rule: anything beyond the selected responsibility is agreed and priced before it is added.

  1. 01
    Audit

    Decide what should change.

We inspect the agreed environment, rank the evidence, and write the action plan. Your team decides who implements it.

    Analysis only
  2. 02
    Setup & Repair

Have us make the approved changes.

We plan, implement, verify, and document the agreed project. You retain approval, accounts, and ongoing ownership.

    Project ownership
  3. 03
    Monitoring

    Keep the known baseline reviewed.

We review agreed signals, report material movement, and recommend the next action while the service remains active.

    Ongoing oversight
  4. 04
    Agency Desk

Extend readiness across a client portfolio.

We operate the agreed readiness function behind your agency, with white-label reporting and controlled client-level scope.

    Portfolio coverage

Commercial boundaries

Clear ownership before any technical work begins.

The written scope records what we will do, what remains under your control, and what would require a separate decision.

Always included

A documented engagement with defined boundaries.

Scope before payment

Domains, mailboxes, platforms, access, deliverables, exclusions, support period, and price are confirmed in writing.

Evidence-led work

Material findings and changes are tied to observed evidence, with uncertainty and provider dependencies stated plainly.

Approval gates

No material infrastructure change is made without the approval and access defined for that task.

Usable handover

You receive the agreed report, change record, or monitoring brief plus the stated clarification or support window.

Client-owned

You keep control of the sender environment.

  • Approval of material changes and operating decisions
  • Ownership of accounts, credentials, records, and data
  • Third-party domain, workspace, platform, and tool costs
  • Campaign strategy, content, list quality, and recipient policy

Before you decide

Pricing questions, answered plainly.

Because implementation responsibility changes with the number of domains, mailboxes, providers, platforms, records, and approved corrections. You receive a fixed written quote after that scope is confirmed.

No. Domains, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 licences, sending platforms, verification tools, and monitoring products remain in your name and are paid directly by you.

When implementation is agreed within 14 days and uses the same confirmed scope, the proposal will state whether any audit work is credited. The credit is confirmed in writing rather than assumed.

No. Inbox placement depends on private reputation, recipient behaviour, message characteristics, list quality, and provider-specific filtering. The Presida improves the quality of the infrastructure decision and verifies the work it can observe; it does not sell a guaranteed mailbox outcome.
