The Presida was created to help legitimate B2B senders understand visible sender-risk before making risky technical changes. Most teams run email through capable tools, sending platforms and CRMs without ever having a clear, written view of how their sending setup looks from the outside. We close that gap — carefully, and on the record.

Email infrastructure has a quiet habit of becoming someone else's problem. A platform gets connected, a record gets added, a campaign goes out — and the underlying authentication setup is assumed to be fine because nothing has obviously broken. Then performance dips, stakeholders ask why, and the team is left diagnosing under pressure with no shared source of truth.

The Presida exists to give teams that source of truth: a professional sender readiness process that starts from public evidence, states its own limits, and never requires risky access to begin. We'd rather tell you plainly that a finding is uncertain than dress a guess up as a guarantee.

The work is deliberately written and asynchronous. A clear document that your technical, marketing, revenue or client teams can read and revisit is more useful than a call that ends and leaves nothing behind — and it travels better through an organisation.
